The Chicago Public Library and the Chicago Bar Association partner to present Law at the Library, a free monthly lecture series focusing on today’s hot and timely legal topics. Law at the Library invites participants to listen to an experienced legal professional, ask general questions, and check out materials on a variety of legal topics – at no charge! In addition, all Chicago Public Library locations serve as community centers which provide access to books, databases and journals that can help Chicagoans learn more about legal issues.

Law at the Library programs are free and open to the public. Registration is not required. The topic of the May 2012 Law at the Library seminars is Estate Planning and they take place as listed below:
